IDK if anyone does the low glycemic diet or is diabetic...
But these protein shake powders are delicious!!!! They are keeping my hypoglycemia in check.
Betty Lou's Designer 20g Low Glycemic Protein shake mixes are gluten/sugar/lactose/hormone free. I have only tried the chocolate but it is by far the best tasting protein drink I've tried. It is sucralose/aspartame free so it doesn't have that awful chemical taste to it. I bought them at the Vitamin Shoppe.
