you'd want to look where they have the half and half, heavy whipping cream and look for the light or fat free cream.
Unless it's sour cream but the recipe would state SOUR cream.

Thanks Shana, DH is doing South Beach Diet and the recipe looked yummy, I just never heard of light cream

Yes, they make light cream, and is found near the heavy cream (duh!). Or you can just use 1/2 and 1/2.
