If baby A is head down and Baby B is breech
Why can't you vaginally deliver A and then they turn B?

They can turn baby b....but, if they can't then it is a C-section. My dr. did not want to go down that road and rec a C-section. She said it made no sense to do all of that pushing and possible tearing and then have to have a c-section.

That's exactly how my boys were positioned. The doctor also said a lot of times baby b can go into distress after delivering twin A. This happened to my sister while she was delivering her twins.

I was told there was a risk of complications, so if they had been in those positions, I wouldn't have risked putting baby B in danger.
I wound up with Baby A breech and B vertex, so there wasn't even a question.
