If one more person asks when I am having a baby!
I know people do not mean to be mean but really it hurts. I work for a large company and handle the FMLA for the company. Every other person comes in here with forms to apply for FMLA for their wife who is pregnant. Then they see my wedding photos and then ask ok so when are you having a baby? Everytime I just say I hope soon and look away because I just do not want to get upset. I try to change the subject which most of the time works but then sometimes they keep going on about how great being a parent is and then start giving advice about when you are pregnant make sure you do ect...
I know many of us go through this. It just gets harder every time. I just told my boss if one more person asks me when I am going to have a baby I might have a breakdown.

Those are people who obviously didnt go thru infertility. But you would think people would be smarter than to ask since there are so many woman going thru this. Even before going thru this I would never ask such a thing. I think the public really needs to be educated on this so they dont appear so clueless.

I change the subject by making believe that I just remembered something and I have to run   it works like a charm! 
But then aagain I've dealt with insensitive people my whole life  Whenever I would be out of a relationship people would ask when I'm going to find myself a boyfriend, or when I would be getting married.... I used to hate that  My sister has a 4 year old boy and for the past 4 years everyone has been asking her when she's going to have No 2.... People just always need to be nosy, insensitive and annoying and that's the bottom line!

I wanted to add a story someone told me last week I forgot about it. A guy at my job whose wife is pregnant did ask me about having a baby soon. He then went on to say how his wife and him have been trying for two years and she has PCOS. He said they did one IVF and it did not work. They did another IVF and this time it worked. He was giving me good advice and really was a nice guy.
He is one out of 100 people who have asked me in the last few months though.
Like another poster I wish people were just more educated on this.

Thanks for asking, actually im BARREN, but tried for years, what would you like to discuss first my uterine lining or sperm issues???????
