wait, i have that tub and we don't have the netting. did it come with the netting or did you have to buy it separately? we don't use it b/c she flops to one side still and it's a pain.

Glad this was posted I had the same question!!! My DD seems to be hanging over it at 5 weeks!!!!

Also, yes the sling came with the tub, it was in a little plastic package in the tub....

I have the tub and sling if anyone wants to take it off my hands....

That said, I stopped using the sling at about 2 months and made sure I used the side that had the incline. Once they got older and could sit up on thier own, I used the side for sitting.

Re: if u have this bath tub...

I have this tub and never used the net. I thought it was for sponge baths or something.

Re: if u have this bath tub...

My DD will be 4 months next week and this past week I tried to just sit her in the tub without the netting. She was not prepared for that move yet. Although she can feel the water with the netting and loves it, I think it is somewhat of a security for her. So being fully emerged in the tub without the netting was a little unnerving for her. So I am going to wait another week or so before taking the netting out because she loves to take baths and I dont want to traumatize her and ruin the experience for either of us.Chat Icon

Mine definately came with the netting, I thought that is what made it so great.

We still use the netting DS is 4 months old, but he is kinda tiny...

Re: if u have this bath tub...

I used the netting for the first month. She was a long baby and it was easier to just have her in the tub without the netting.

Same here. Not sure when we'll be "moving on" since it works well for us for now.
