If you bought/sold a co-op or condo, how much did your attorney charge?
Just wondering what the average /a reasonable fee would be for an attorney to charge to do a closing (selling side).

If you bought/sold a co-op or condo, how much did your attorney charge?
I sold my co-op about 5 years ago and I believe his fee was 1K but no more then 1200!
