If you could bring your infant to work?
Do you think you would get anything done? I am self employed and I have set up a Pack N Play at the office. I do not plan to bring him every day but I am trying to postpone daycare until RSV season is over.

A young infant - yes. I work 2 days from home and it was MUCH easier when she was younger. Once they start moving - no you will not get much done!

I work from home in the afternoons and sometimes when DS is sick and can't go to school. I can tell you I usually only get stuff done for work when DS is napping.

Bumping for more responses----what else would you set up at the office? I was thinking of getting a bouncy seat but I have to figure out where I can keep it.

Re: If you could bring your infant to work?
I took DD to work with me a few days a week for a few hours starting when she was 5 weeks old. Early on it was easy, because she just slept and ate and slept and ate. Around 3.5 months is when it started to get difficult because she didn't sleep as much so I just didn't go in anymore until she started daycare at 5 mos.

Re: If you could bring your infant to work?
I do - almost daily. When she was an infant, I had a pack-n-play in the "office" as well as a bouncy chair. I was able to get a lot more done than I can now with a toddler. I have to make the most of nap time.
Its definitely tough some days (like today) but totally worth it to spend so much time together.

I do PT work from home. I could do it up until they were mobile. Then it got way too hard.
