If you cut carbs,

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks? I'm trying to cut my carbs down to once a day. I have no clue what to eat. Carbs are in everything!

Eggs or yogurt are good if you're cutting. I try to limit but not cut entirely and breakfast is where I usually eat them because eggs everyday would drive me mad!

I eat my carbs in the morning. So I eat 2 slices of light whole wheat toast with either peanut butter, or I'll make an egg and cheese sandwich.

Lunch is a salad with protein. Sometimes I do spinach salad with bacon bits, egg, avocado, tomato, peppers. Other times I'll do chicken salad with lettuce, grapes, avocado, almonds. Sometimes I do a turkey burger with no bun.

My go-to snack is almonds and raisins. Raisins have a lot of sugar so I limit them.

Dinner is protein and a veggie and dessert is usually fruit. I also snack on fruit during the day, usually grapes or strawberries. Also cheese is a good snack.

Protein and veggies! I eat egg whites with veggies usually spinach and onions for breakfast or cottage cheese. I also eat a lot of non-breakfast foods for breakfast- Grilled chicken or lean beef. For lunch mixed greens and lean protein usually fish, chicken or hard boiled egg whites (I really hate the yokes!). For snacks I eat nuts (almonds or cashews), cottage cheese, cheese or an apple with nut butter (usually almond or peanut). For dinner lean protein, veggies and carbohydrate. I find carbohydrate cycling works better for me then a low carbohydrate diet. I Try to rotate low, medimum and high carbohydrate days.

You mean grains? I eat my graiins WITH my breakfast and then l limit my other daily carbs to fruits and veggies. (Mainly veggies cause you get more bang for your buck!)

Cottage cheese
Protein shakes made with almond milk or coconut milk sweetened w/stevia
plain greek yogurt
eggs
cheese
nuts
any meat
veggies (but no corn, potatoes or beans)
