If you drink coffee or tea...
how many cups do you drink a day?
I drink tea. I have at least 1 cup a day, and usually 2--morning and night.

I only drink tea! Never have coffee. I drink hot tea may 1x a day, but not even... It's a random thing. and I night if I have it, its decaf.

Always one cup of coffee in the morning. If its real cold..........I may have a very small cup of coffee or a cup of tea in the later afternoon.............and at night if I'm cold I will have a cup of tea only.
No coffee at night for me.........Ill never fall asleep. LOL

i don't like coffee unless it's heavily flavored, like from starbucks, and i can only drink decaf - caffeine makes me nuts!
i drink tea just about every day, and i usually have one cup in the morning and one in the afternoon.

2 jumbo cups of coffee in the morning, and maybe one in the early evening if I need it to stay awake for classes...the number of cups has been creeping up over time

Agreed. I try to always have a cup of tea on my desk. I figure it is better to drink tea than eat junk. I must have about 5-6 cups a day.

I have a cup of coffee in the afternoon and either coffee or tea in the night time before I go to bed. It has the reverse effect on me...actually no effect on me at all when it comes to sleeping

I drink 1-2 cups of tea a day. I used to drink coffee, but in the past 3 weeks coffee has made me really anxious so I have cut it out. I don't know what has happened.

At least two cups of coffee a day...I'll have a cup of tea mid day if I'm trying to warm up or stop myself from eating....now that's it's chilly I also add Hot chocolate to the line up
