Yup, I get them everyday from my allergies or if the barometric pressure is high. They are sinus headaches (for me). I also get tension headaches from sore neck muscles.
That said, if you haven't had them checked out, then definately see a doctor.

i have the opposite - when i dont have caffiene i will get a terrible headache.

I go through periods where I feel like I have one every single day. I have one today but it feels more sinus related. Other times it's hormones, blood sugar, teeth clenching, or stress.
My neighbor was getting them everyday and went to a neurologist. It turned out she was taking too much Motrin for the one or two real headaches that she had and was having a rebound reaction. If you are taking alot of Motrin or Advil you might want to cut back and see if that actually helps.

For me, they are caused by so many things. I get constant tension headaches, I have bad allergies to I always have sinus headaches, I get eye strain a lot because I work at the computer & I suffer from migranes. It probably doesn't hurt to call your doctor. You never know what could be causing them. It could be an indication of high blood pressure.

this is what i was thinking. i would get bad headaches because i needed a stronger prescription and was constantly straining my eyes to see clearly. perhaps you need glasses?

I used to have a migraine nearly every day. Turns out I had an inflamed nerve in my neck. 6 months of PT cleared it up.

Could be allergies, weather, but it could be something very serious. My DH forced me to go to doc after getting severe migraines and blurred vision, and that's how I found out that I have a platelet disorder. It was my body's way of telling me that something was wrong. I agree with the previous posters. Please go to a doctor and get it checked out. Good luck!
