A play kitchen and the Little Tykes Cozy Coupe....my DS loves these items!
I was going to wait on the play kitchen maybe til Christmas when she's 1.5... what age did he start playing with it?

I'd buy a bunch of safetly locks for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and a XL play yard (but I saw that you have that already in Sienna's ponytail pic!)
I'd also buy some fun stuff too:

we are actually going to start potty training him soon (flame away..both my BIL and my dh were potty trained before 1 according to my MIL  and she's in charge!)
I was going to suggest this... This is stuff I bought for the 21month old Im getting:
-Potty
-the booster seat to feed them at the table
-bed rails but probabbly to early
-diaper bag
-stroller but I am sure you have one
-sippy cups with straws, regualr sippy cups
-bows with lids, spoons
-chair and table set
-i guess any toys you think she needs or books
-britax car seat
-baby safety crap
-baby gates

buggy or cozy coupe or wagon
wipes
plates, bowls, forks, spoons
toddler sofa chair or sofabed
straw sippies
diaper bag
baby gate
ride on toy
potty
cabinet & door handle locks
Might not get it all but at least I know i'll spend the $300 now.

There is a possibility that you might also be able to use the credit at Bed Bath and Beyond (they are sister stores).
If not, I would get her the play kitchen. My DS didn't really start to use it until he was a little older but we have had it since he was under a year (we got it from a neighbor who didn't want to move with it). It is the biggest hit when we host playdates with both girls and boys
