If you had a schedule c-section...
what did you do with your purse and stuff? Did you bring it with you? I am not sure what to do with my purse, I know I will leave my hospital bag in the car for later but I am so confused cause the pre-surgical letter says not to bring anything other than what is on your person.
Also, did you wear a wedding band or makeup? It says not to.

mine wasnt scheduled, but my mom watched all our bags in the waiting room while having the c-section, then when i got brought up to the room her and DH brought everything up.
i didnt bring any jewelry to the hospital. i was in labor for 26 hours before having the c-section, so the doctor let me shower before the c-section and i did put makeup on.

My parents waited in the room with our stuff while I was in surgery. No makeup or jewelry.

I wore make-up, but I didnt wear my jewelry. I just left my hospital bag in the car and when everything was said and done and I got to my room, DH ran down and got it for me. I didn't need anything until then.

I put everything in the plastic bag they give you and my parents were there so I just gave everything to my mom. I was told not to wear any jewelry so I took everything off.

I didn't bring my purse in with me. I left everything in my hospital bag and DH went and got it after the surgery was over and I was in a regular room. I don't wear makeup and I didn't wear any jewelry. I left all of that at home.

Same here. I brought my bag right off the bat, because DH was allowed to stay overnight with me in my room--and I knew he'd want to stay all day with the baby and I. I had a private room, so I was able to leave my bag and such in there.
I had DH hold onto my wedding rings.

DH carried in his wallet my drivers license and insurance info. Everything else was left at home or in the car. I did not wear any metal. At the hospital I delivered in you are not allowed to do so. I had DH wear them on a chain. He gave them back to me after the c/s.
