If you have a Dell computer, has any of you had issues with this activex control pop up?
I hear it's just Dell computers but I was wondering if any of you know what the deal is with this?

You mean where it constantly pops up and if you click accept or anything your computer sometimes gets slow then shuts down?

It keeps saying I don't have adobe flash macromedia and then that window pops up re: activex. the computer does not shut down though.

I usually just drag the window using the blue on the top to the right of my screen, almost to where you can't see it - then ignore it.

It keeps saying I don't have adobe flash macromedia and then that window pops up re: activex. the computer does not shut down though.
It sounds like you're going to websites that want the flash plugin in order to display a graphic, video, etc. If you install adobe flash player, the error message will probably go away.
