If you have a Nuby Flip-n-Sip Straw Cup please read.
I know I won't explain this right but i'll try.
I took it apart to clean a while ago and not sure if I put it back together right.
I put the straw part back in from underneath. You know how there's the first ring and then the second ring with the little piece attached? Is it supposed to go up to the 2nd ring so the rubber piece attached to it fits on the hole on the actual lid?
Does that make sense to anyone?

I don't think its supposed to go up to the second ring. I would try to drink out of it and see it if works

We had the same problem. I took it apart to wash it and when I put it back together it now leaks like crazy. I thought it was defective so I bought another one and the same thing happened. I now gave up on them.

I have this cup... a few for dd.
You take the clear straw part put through top lid into holes. then the little flap part lays on top of the little nuby thing on the lid, then the white plastic straw goes into the bottom clear straw.. Youll see the white straw has a little ledge like structure going around it.. that will fit into the clear straws indention thats around.. like a puzzle. ... Does that make sense?
eta: never had a leak issue with straw.. only the bottom of cups leaked. B/c dd would crack them by tossing them.

It shouldn't leak. It's the only cup DD will use - I take them apart all the time.
I took some pics for you - do they help at all?

Ok...I just took it apart...this time taking the white straw out of the clear rubber part. I didn't realize it came out...it's been months since I tried. It's in right now...the flap now covers the little hole!!!!! Thanks!!!!

Yeah it has to be apart when being put together.. I once put straws together before putting into lid and didnt go in correctly.. You probable had the white part pushed in too far.

Your the best
Mine wasn't up to the 2nd ring at first so the flap wasn't covering the hole. The water was pouring out. So glad I didn't throw it out!!
