well her name is Alia Isabella.
dh actually picked them both.
Alia is persian and it means strenght.
Isabella because his mom's name is Isabel.

Jared Robert. My Dh's cousin has a friend, whose name is Jarrett. I always thought that was a strong name for a boy. I just didn't like the way he spelled it, so I changed the spelling from Jarrett to Jared. Robert is my Dh's name so that's how he got his middle name.

I wanted something pretty & different. 24 years ago it was not common at all, not like it is now. I always tell her I was hoping for a serene child when I named her but that I DID NOT get.....LOL and Rose is my favorite flower. and the 2 together were just very pretty.

My DD's name is Julia my DH loved the nickname Jules.
Her middle name is Shea, cause we are big Mets fans!!

her name is krystina 11
i almost named her november reinna but i was told if i did then i would be disowned lol

then my nephew who was then 9 was use to being the only grandchild so i let him help pick the name.. mean while in my head i wanted none of the commen names lol. so he said krystina, but then it was christina. the following week it was my girlfriends bday and her sister in law and her mom and i all sat at the table talking about the name. her sister in law lost a friend kristine, and said spell it like that but just with an a at the end(i felt a little weird). then her mom said you know i saw christina once spelled this way and wrote it down and well the rest is history!

Miranda Shea

These were the two names DH and I could agree on. We liked Shea for a first name but couldn't find a middle name we liked to go with it.
We liked Miranda because its different and not popular but not way out there on the strange name radar.
Shea is after my mom's maiden name.
I also wanted her to have a first name that didn't have a nickname. I just want her to be called her name.

Joseph Vincent - Deceased FIL's name was Vincent Joseph. I refused to have a son named Vinnie. It meant more to DH than to me. After arguing about it a few times, I gave in and hoped for a girl.

Madeline Shelby - There was a sponsor at our golf tournaments named Madeleine. She was beautiful, classy & funny. I also liked the idea of having a children's book with the same name. I changed the spelling to the English version because I didn't want her to go through life with people misspelling her name.

Shelby - DH came up with the name. It's after the Ford Shelby Cobra & the main character in Steel Magnolias (the only chick flick he likes).

We wanted a strong name and something with meaning. I've always liked the name Nathaniel, but DH liked Gabriel. We didn't agree on the first name until he was born.

Nathaniel means Child of God
Alexander means Defender of Mankind

I always loved Alexander and its a family name. Miguel is DH's middle name.

My son is Matthew Steven. Matthew because I've always loved it, Steven after dh. His initials are MSG, I love that!

My daughter is Rachel Gabrielle. Rachel again because I've always loved it. Gabrielle was actually second choice, it was originally going to be Rachel Alexandra but I couldn't give her the initials RAG.

My daughter is Jenna Victoria.
My husband picked Jenna-he loved the name but my mother is also Gina and my great-grandma was Jenny. Her middle name Victoria was both of our great-grandma's names.

DH like Alyson because his best friends' sister is named that

Paige...we used the P after my deceased grandpa Paul.

DH's grandma was Julia, so we used a form of that, and we both like the nickname Jules.
Marie is a form of Mary which is DH's mom. We wanted to name the girl after his side being that MIL has 3 sons and always wanted a girl.

Sydney Senta...Sydney was my husband's grandfathers name. He spelled it Sidney but I liked it with a Y better. Senta was my greatgrandmothers name. We debated back and forth whether Senta should be the first name or middle and I gave in and let dd have his way.

DH has always loved the name Jake. He feels it's a nice strong name for a boy. Louis is after DH's grandfather.

My sons name is Aidan Christopher- my Dh loved the name Aidan, and Christopher is my cousins name, he is also my sons godfather.

My daughter is Kailey Marie- we both liked the name Kailey, we played around with the spelling a bit, and liked this spelling the best, and Marie is Dh's aunts name, who is also my daughters godmother.
