I was dying to know from the moment I got pregnant. If/when I Have another I will be finding out as well.

Thanks for all your answere. I still dont know what my daughter & son in law will decide, but I'm anxious to find out this time. Not sure if we will, but if not, that's fine too.

I want to know so I can say "he" or "she"... I'm also just extremely curious & don't want to have to wait that long...
Also when I had my son, I was so out of it during/after, that if they told me then, I'm not sure I would have enjoyed the moment as much (I felt terrible physically those first few minutes that I was so distracted by that). I did a gender reveal at our shower & for us it was really a fun, perfect way to find out.

Found out with all 3, and would again. I love that bit of extra binding with the baby, know who he/she is. All my kids were officially named within days of confirming the sex. As for the surprise factor, I always felt they were so many surprises at the actual birth. What will she look like, sound like, be like, will she hAve hair, when will she be born, what will my labor be like....I could go on and on. Finding the gender would have gotten list in shuffle of so many surprises and amazing things. And, the days and weeks leading up would have been agony for me in simple curiousity.finding out earliergave me a surprise on it's own to celebrate the baby apart from the birth.
