We do home chef and love it. It takes a little prep time but the meals are pretty fantastic and different than what we would usually make. It gives us a nice variety 3x a week.
We used to do hello fresh but home chef gives a much better selection imo. Plus it's cheaper.
I would try blue apron but I haven't found a menu that we would enjoy.
On average, how long does it take from prep to finished cooking of a meal with Home Chef?

If you have tried Blue Apron, Hello Fresh, etc.
I've done a few of these and find them a fun way to switch things up when I get in a funk. I found the portions fine, but dh and I tend to eat small portions-we always had leftovers though

About 30-40 minutes depending on the meal.

Thank you for posting this... I've been dying to try a service like this. I'm finding a lot of great reviews on Home Chef as it looks like they may have a better variety and you choose each meal. I'm definitely going to try this!
