If you have wood floors what finish do you have on it?
Satin
Semi Gloss
or Gloss
What is the going type these days?? I am having my flooring done today and they just asked me that question.I think we are gonna do gloss but wanted to see whatever one else has.

We have satin (our floors are engineered so they already came prefinished). I wouldn't recommend it because they show everything!
My SIL just had hers redone with high gloss (which is not what she asked for) and they're a little blinding. Kinda looks like a basketball court (she hates them).

if you have dogs...i would go w/less glossy (glossy tends to show scratches)ets: we have satin b/c it shows less scratches

Gloss on the upstairs floors. I think when we get the dining room and foyer redone we will do semi-gloss.

I believe we have satin and I don't like the way it is wearing. We got them done 4 years ago and hey are showing some wear already.
