my brother's law's inlaws were told to leave. His wife lives with them still and she went over to our condo in Hempstead. Her parents tho refused. 
Im truly hoping for the best.
My inlaws are technically island enough. Tho I'm not sure what that means.
They are in brooklyn near sheepshead bay. I walked to coney island from their house.

MY husband is a cop in the rockaways. He should be evacuating, but instead he has to stay behind because there is always somebody who refuses to evacuate. They are risking their own lives and his. I am so upset.
As the mayor said it's selfish and you are putting other lives in danger if you don't. I don't get it
