If you need a last minute app...Baked Potato Dip

I made this last night for the game today, and it's really good! It does make a lot, though!

32 oz. sour cream
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch powder
2 small potatoes, cooked and chopped
1/4 c. green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crumbled bacon

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Garnish with any extra crumbled bacon and/or green onions. I was afraid it might be a mishmosh of grossness, but it was really good! The original recipe did not call for potato and used imitation bacon bits, so I changed it up.

i made a version of this last night and it was a hit! it was the first time i made it. i got it from a girl on here.
the version i made was
1 block cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar
chopped green onions
3oz jar of real bacon bits

soften cream cheese and together with sour cream, then add the rest of the ingredients and bake 30 mins at 350
