When you got it delivered-- did they disconnect your old one (if they were taking it away for you)?

If so-- where did you purchase??

Thanks!

I don't think they are aloud to disconnect, just hook up, but I could be wrong.
We recently were thinking about getting a new W/D at best buy and they told us everything had to be disconnected, but they would do the hook up.

we got our new washer and dryer from Sears. They took care of everything.

I don't normally recommend Sears because I hate them with every ounce of my being, but they were great with this purchase.

yeah- we got ours from Best Buy and it's been a huge PITA which is why I was posting..

We got a new gas range from PC RIchards and they did everything... I just wanted to make sure it was Best Buy and not something I didn't know about.

We got a good price from BB, but it's been a nightmare with trying to get everything "ready" for them. They have given us the wrong info several times about what we needed, etc. They cam to deliver on Mon and couldn't-- and now I have sit inside again today since they are coming back now that we have everything they require.

Our new kitchen appliances were a breeze from PC richards.

ANyway-- I am never buying an appliance from BB again after this experience.

Lowes did it for us. Although, we disconnected it ourselves bc it is in a tight space, and we wanted to get them out so they could just slide the new ones in.
