If you serve a 1st course, 2nd course etc...
This may be a stupid question...If you serve like a salad and then a pasta and then a main entree ..Do you serve each one eat it and then run back and get the next course and then repeat???

I think you serve each course, eat it, clear those plates, and bring on the next one!

I think you serve each course, eat it, clear those plates, and bring on the next one!
yes, you set the table with all the plates out. and then just take away after each course to bring out the next.
