If you started DC on solids at 6 months.....
If you started DC on solids at 6 months, at what age did he/she eat 2 times a day? 3 times a day?
In particular, I am trying to figure out whether to feed my 7.5 month old 2x a day or 3x a day.

I started with once a day. Then, as he seemed to be hungrier (was looking for more formula) I increased it to 2x a day.
I think for me it was a little easier, because my DS was already drinking the maximum # of ounces of formula recommended by the ped. So, once the formula was not enough to satisfy him, I started adding the solids.

I think you just kind of "know" when they are ready to eat more. By 7 months, DD was getting 3 meals a day. And now at almost 10 months - they are much bigger meals then they were at 7 months. DD is a piglet

DS started solids at 6 months and we went to 2 times per day a week after starting. He began eating solids 3 times per day at 7.5 months.
