If you were going to a catered party with a 10.5 month old....
...would you bring a separate dinner for her? Or would you just give her small bits of the food offered?
She does eat table food, but it's prepared by me so I know what's in it. My inclination is to bring food, but some family members are telling me not to bother. Just curious WWYD?

I would bring my own food. You could still let the baby taste whatever they serve.

I would bring food just in case he didn't like what they were serving. I wouldn't want to be scrambling to find something for him.

If it were me, i would bring my own food for her. My twins are 11.5 months (9.5 adjusted) and our Ped said absolutely no table food until 12 months. I am the type to listen to moslty everything the ped says, lol. Of course we've given them tastes here and there, but only of foods that i have prepared at home. Because i know what's in it. That's JMO! Of course everyone is different and i would do what makes you feel comfortable.

I'd just give him whatever they were serving. Maybe bring a yogurt or fruit in case.
