If you were going to write a letter of complaint, who would you write to?
I had an AWFUL customer service experience today at Babies R Us. I am still fuming over it several hours later. If I wanted to write a letter of complaint, what would be more effective, writing to the store that I had the experience at, or the corporate headquarters? TIA!

What BRU? I had TERRIBLE service at Westbury the other week. On line forever with one register open and other employees standing around. Rude cashier. I did talk to the store manager, but wanted to do more
