Maybe I'm an egomaniac, given my post from yesterday in which I said I think I do have it all in balancing my work-family life, and now, because I can't say I'm better at either.
For me, personally, I'm a better mommy when I work. And I've also found that I'm a better worker, as a mommy, particularly in a managerial position.
So, to answer, I think I'm equally kick-arse in both
