If your DC starting waking at nights again-phase or did you have to CIO
Wow, this is getting awful, my DD is waking every night..usually 2 times with the first being the harder to get her back down and then the second she wants a bottle and boom back out.. She is 6 months, slept through the night for 2.5 months and now it is awful!
She just got her first tooth so i am sure teething doesnt help but she seems to wake at the same times each night... What did you do?

My DS did the same thing. I had to let him CIO and it took a few days but then he was back to STTN.

This is happening to me as well. I can't let him CIO he is 4 months and poor DH has to work the next day. Our bedrooms are too close. I'm just hoping this phase will pass quickly!! Theres not much I can do.

I can't give advice because I'm going through the same thing, except she wakes constantly, not just twice, and it's really hard to get her to go back to sleep.

Re: If your DC starting waking at nights again-phase or did you have to CIO
My DS did the same thing, and although probably not the best advice I always gave him the bottle since he'd chug it and go right back out and sleep the rest of the night. He did this from 6 months until 11 months when we started weaning hiim from that night bottle (decrease 1 oz every night and make it up during the day).
It could be teething or a growth spurt.

Re: If your DC starting waking at nights again-phase or did you have to CIO
Thanks everyone! I am guilty of the bottle bc it comforts her, i try to at least get her down once without it and by the second time, it usually is about 8-9 hours since her first so i giver her an 8 ounce...it is tough, i know part of it is teething but the other part i think is not being able to get herself back down..she just started taking a pacifer that my nanny gave her but now, she cant put it back in by herself so i will try that and then she screams, spits it back out, and so the cycle begins! Man, just when you think you are in the clear, the fun only begins again, lol... I feel like CIO will be really hard on me, lol, as i cant really let her cry much...i am a sucker..i just need sleep!
