If you're into them, what are some of the best Haunted houses you have been to?
Please post where they are located!
I love to go to these types of things.
I've been to the one in Bayville and that was really good.

I went to one in the city... It was called Nightmare something.... it wasn't bad.

I went to the Darkside Haunted House in Wading River. Its the only one I've ever been to so I can't really rate it. But I did get so spooked that I fell down.

Darkside in Wading River is one of the best around here.
Schmitt's is also really good.
Over the years we've been to a bunch on the island and these are our faves...we are going to check out Blood Manor this year.
And, I know a lot of people like the Bayville Firehouse...we've never gone cuz the line was always over an hour wait each time we attempted it.

i'm from down near philly... if you get a chance to go down there, check out terror behind the walls. its at east state penitentiary ( an old prison) so you walk through the old prison cells and stuff... it was very cool and scary!LINK

i wanna go to the darlkside too,,, i may be dating myself here , but years & years ago the haunted mansion is long branch was the sh!t.... never been to one that beats that yet

OMG...I went on a tour through this place when it wasn't Halloween and it scared the he ll out of me. I would probably poop my pants if I went FOR Halloween

Darkside 3x -- pretty good if you haven't gone before.
Blood Manor in NYC -- i HATED it and thought it was an utter waste of money.....waited on line for hOURS and then climbed up 6 flights of stairs and were rushed so fast thru the house. it suuuucked!

Actually this was hands the best one I ever went to! But it is about 3 hours away in PA.
They were insane!! You went online through the woods, which were also haunted! Then you went in and I swear there was fire shooting over your head and you walked on a grated bridge through a swamp and people grabbed your feet from below. The only thing is.. the people do grab you. Some haunted places they don't..this one they do. But it is so F-ing scary. Then after the house you have to walk through another haunted woods. I had an asthma attack I was so scared.
I would love to drive there and take DH to that one.

ive been to nightmare in the city and i wouldnt recommend it..we had a scheduled time and still had to wait forever and each room which was supposed to play on nightmares people have but it wasnt even scary
i liked the bayville scream park (theres like 3 different haunted houses you can go in)
