If you've ever been to a nutritionist...
Did you like it?? Were they helpful.
I need to get my unhealthy, fat azz healthy, and am considering going to one....and DH's fat azz too!!!
If you did, can you make a recommendation.
I tried the diet and fitness board, but no responses.

I had gone to one in Long Beach last summer and was not impressed!!

I see someone in NYC. I am not seeing her to loose weight right now because I'm preggo, but I am seeing her to slow down my weight gain. I will continue seeing her after the baby comes to loose this weight.

Thank you! I have learned portion control and what is okay to eat and what is bad, it is amazing that things I thought were good for you are really not.
