NUTRITIONIST?
Has anyone been to a "NUTRITIONIST"? Was it helpful? What does the visit consist of? Thanks

Yes I see one! Started before my wedding & still see him. He is also my chiropractor. YES it helped alot I lost 45 lbs!
we go over what I have eatten (everything is written down) and what I should & shouldn't be eating as well as weighing in.

Yes, I used to go to one all the time. I could not afford it anymore, however she was AMAZING. Really helped me a lot with body image and what not.
