I'm a little disappointed with Tiny Prints
My holiday cards came out OK, but not great.
The resolution was very blurry and the colors not sharp.
Anyone else have that experience? Do you think it's worth it to have them reprint?

Depends how fast they can turn it around in. If they're blurry, it's worth a refund IMO.

Did you scan the picture or upload a picture? I've had pretty good experiences with them in the past-I'm sorry these didn't come out well!

Have you printed the picture that you used by itself to make sure it wasn't the photo you chose? If you're sure it's not the file/photo, I'd call and get a refund....but I'd probably send them out at that point since it's so close to the holidays already.

Oh Holly I am sorry. We just got our Christmas cards from Tiny Prints and I love them. It's the second time I have used them (Athan's birth announcement was the first) and I have had no problems with them. I would call them and tell them you are not satisfied - see what they say

I uploaded the picture.
I also had a great experience with them and my birth annoucements. That's why I decided to order from them again.

Sorry you had a bad experiece.
I'm going to try that and see how the picture itself comes out.
If it's not the picture I think I will call and see if they can redo a rush job.

I'm surprised that they'd send them to you that way. I'd complain. I used them for DD's birth announcement, and I sent them 4 or 5 pics because they kept calling to say that the pics weren't good enough/blurry, etc. I was aggravated but I appreciated the attention to service. They must be swamped, but that's no excuse, and I am sure that the cards were not cheap.

My cards came pretty good. For the post part I was pleasantly surprised. That said, I used a card that had three pics and one of the pics just does not look right. I printed the pics b/f ordering so i know how it is "supposed" to look. Anyway, at this point its not bad enough for me to send back - its too late for me b/c i just won't have enough time to send them out then

Me too, I usually am very happy with their work! And since they're not cheap, if you're not happy, I'd complain!

I'm so surprised! I have had nothing but great experiences with them and whenever the resolution on a photo isn't good enough they have made me send a new photo. I think you should definitely say something to them because I am sure that they will do something to remedy the situation.
