I'm a little worried
I had my first gyn appt yesterday. she told me I could spot and not to worry. I didn't spot at all yesterday and Now I am  it's a little bit of brown. do u think it's ok or should I call the doctor back? TIA

My doc told me brown blood is old blood and is okay, so long as there is no red blood w/ cramping.

there is no reason for you not to call, I call my doctor anytime I have a question and they have been great. Thats what they get paid the big bucsks for!
I have spotting on and off also. I will go 2 days without it, then it will come back for a day

I spotted after I went to the doctor too because she did a pap at my first visit. Nothing to worry about. Also, if it's brown blood - like the other ladies said - it's old blood so I wouldntw orry about it unless you strat to get cramps too.

yes , she did a pap yesterday and after that is when she told me I could spot. I don't have any cramping though so I think that's a good sign. oh boy, the worries are starting already  thank you girls for your replies!!

i didn't spot until the day after my exam either! it will go way by tonight most likely. definitely don't worry about it!!

She warned you that you might spot. You had a pap. She aggravated things. You are fine. I wouldn't call. You're fine.
