I know this is rough and I bet you tried everything, but all I could think of is an extra bottle during the day or a bottle of water which is better for his teeth. Maybe he will tire of it and give it up on his own. Good luck!

Re: I'm beginning to think that he will never sleep thru the night

Im sorry Liza. We went through the same thing with Josh until about two weeks ago. DH and I had enough. He was waking up 4 times a night and would not go back to sleep until he had a full bottle. We finally tried CIO and it worked. The first night he cried for a twenty minute clip and another forty minute clip later on. The second night he had a twenty minute episode and then the third night he slept through. He's been sleeping through ever since (hear that sound? Its the loud knock on wood Chat Icon) . From what Ive read from the LIF girls we were pretty lucky to get it done in three nights compared to what some go through but there is totally a light at the end of the tunnel.

I wish you lots of luck, patience and rest! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
