I'm sorry Shannon-I totally know how it is to go broke trying to have a baby. We are still recovering!
Definitely take a few months to regroup, get yourself as healthy as possible. Maybe you or your DH could look for a job with fert. benefits. I know all the big banks offer them, I believe LIRR does as well(FM dooodles about that I *think* her DH got a job there for thsi purpose) There is a list of companies that do this-I think it is TOTALLY worth it to do that if you can.
I would also consider switching Drs. I know LI IVF is very popular on here but they had their chance. Maybe you could try SIRM. I got PG with RMA but I think they are more along the lines of an LI IVF. I was told by someone(won't share who to protect their privacy) that went to see Braverman and he was able to guess her protocol exactly with LI IVF We are all different and may need different meds, amounts etc. to get PG

I am so sorry you are dealing with this. I think all of the suggestions others gave are good. I will just add that I have Empire insurance becuase I work for a LI school district and have excellent IF coverage (up to 50K lifetime). Perhaps this is something you could look into. There are many jobs in a school district besides teaching. Please don't give up.

Thanks- I actually was looking at this list since this past weekend and researching each of the companies to try to find something (and I've gone as far as manhattan even though I live on the north fork )... and I've come up with nothing. 
My mom works at the school out here- and she has free IVF coverage at centers of excellence- but there are no job openings either.
Great minds think alike though!

I am so sorry I also had a loss as so many of us have (mine was at 21 weeks) so if you ever need to talk please feel free to FM me. I also would get baby magazines and such in the mail afterwards.
As for advice, I think so many on here have given you good advice. Not sure what your current sitaution with benefits is (401k etc.) and if you have already or are willing to use funds from that or if you have any family members who would be willing to give you a loan (again, you might have already done this or it is not an option). Again, many .

Where there is a will, there is a way. Believe me I know all about the $ issues. DH says we will do whatever it takes to have a baby, even if we have to go into big time debt. Once you get yourselves together, I am sure you will come up with plan.
