I'm going to labor and delivery - UPDATED
I've been having contractions since 4:00pm. They were steady but not horribly painful. They were between 5-10 mins apart for an hour. Since 5:30 they've been closer to 5 mins apart and now going to back pain and contractions. I finally called my dr after my entire family convincing me to and he called back and said go to L&D at Good Sam. Theyre going to be monitoring me I guess and we'll see what happens. I'll try to keep you updated.
UPDATE:
Well that in the last time I listen to my family. They were bugging me to call the dr. When we got to the hospital I got hooked up to the monitors and everything and I was having contractions but not regularly and not in labor   . I was SO annoyed. I'm practically a week away I just wanted them to take the baby out now! The baby was fine, he was moving a lot which they said could make the contractions seem more intense also. The IV fluid helped too. The did an internal, I was closed. The sono measures about 6lbs now. Apparently the contractions need to be longer. My dr was telling me at least 30 secs the other day, today the nurse said 45-60 seconds . I'm just so frustrated I hate going back and forth with false alarms. DH took me to stop and shop and now I'm eating a shtload of chocolate and watching movies all weekend  Thank you for your good luck wishes!

Saw the update, I'm sure its frustrating, but glad everything is ok. Your weekend sounds perfect- relax with chocos and movies!
