Print some Toy Story coloring sheets online, get them photo copied and set up a little kid's table with crayons, coloring sheets for when the kids need a quiet activity to do...
Pin the helmet on Buzz Light Year? Pin the cowboy hat on Woody?
Make Mr and Mrs Potato Head Goody Bags, where you take brown paper bags (they sell nice ones with handles at Michael's and AC Moore) and the kids glue eye, nose, mouth, ears and other accessories onto them that you have pre-cut.
Then they can do a green army men scavenger hunt and put their army men in their goody bags.
Have the kids make sherrif badges out of construction paper.
Hand out bandanas for all the kids to wear!
For food you can keep it to Pizza and say that it's Pizza Planet.
There aer some more cute ideas here
