As far as I know you can't cause a miscarriage from having sex. If you are miscarrying the pink spotting would signify that it began happening prior to relations.
I think the other ladies are correct though and I think that you just brought on a late AF with intercourse.
Don't worry, you didn't miscarry. I know it's so scary to think about it happening again.
my cycles after the miscarriage were very different for months. first few months I would get no PMS or signs that she was coming (which was a nice).... then she would come for a usual stay. About 4 months later I got a . that I couldn't believe! I actually sat down in the food store because the pain was so awful. My DH found me sitting by the hot dogs.And I never get cramps!
