I'm starting to go into panic mode!

Our little guy will be here in just a few short weeks - my doc doesn't think I'll make it to my due date - he's thinking about 2 weeks early Chat Icon which leaves me with only 3 weeks!

I feel like we still have so much to do! We have to set up the bassinet, the pack-n-play (using it as a changing station for downstairs), the swing, install the carseat, I have to pack my hospital bag, do laundry, finish buying some items that we need (mostly toiletries and stuff for DS) - Oh and we have to order the glider still.

I know it's not going to take us 3 weeks to do this all, but I starting to freak out anyway! Chat Icon

Chat Icon Chat Icon Maybe try to do one thing a day, so it doesn't seem so overwhelming. Even if you don't get it all done before DS arrives, he'll be fine as long as Mommy & Daddy are there!! Chat Icon

I'm right there with you! Panic is starting to set in.

My house looks like a bomb went off ever since the shower because the babies room isn't done and have no place for the presents.

I just try to remind myself that it will all get done and only thing baby needs right away is the bassinet.

Although I think DH is more stressed than I am.

We'll get there! Chat Icon

I know- the end is so scary. Start by setting up the swing and things like the PNP. That is easy enough. You may need to make an appt. to have the carseat installed - some places require an appt - so maybe do that?

I feel the same way

I have 4 weeks (unless I go into labor early) and still need to

Move one more piece of furniture into kevin's room from Miki's

Pack hospital bag

Install car seat base

Set up PNP and swing

Clean house

Re: I'm starting to go into panic mode!

I have 2 weeks or less and still have a ton of crap to do.

I need to:

-Pack my bag
-Write shower thank you's
-Do the dishes and just an overall cleaning of the apartment
-Clean out my car and install the car seat
-Return stuff to kohl's and old navy
- Buy baby meds

Re: I'm starting to go into panic mode!

Thanks girls! Chat Icon

I'm supposed to be on modified bed rest as well, so that's just throwing a monkey wrench into things too. I've been cheating, though, and doing a lot of running around lately (and then I wonder why I'm still swollen Chat Icon Chat Icon ). I have to run to Target in Levittown today to see if they have a specific shelving unit that I want for the nursery. DH, as helpful as he is, works so much that unfortunately, a lot of it falls on just me to get done.

I do have a list made, though, and am looking forward to hopefully crossing some things off today! Chat Icon
