I'm too scared to get a real tree this year, but I found a fun alternative
DD pulls up on everything and we really don't have room to gate it off, so I think we're going to get this instead, lol... just in case anyone else is looking for an alternative:

We have that! But it's because Snoopy is our DS' nursery theme... he's only 12 weeks old. I'm sure it will be our main tree next year!

Dh is obsessed with Snoopy (my house looks like snoopy christmas threw up!), he got that for DD's room..
