In honor of Alex Rodriguez's 3 run homer last night...
...Abby had reason to celebrate:
I know she is not a dress up doll, but I could not resist. I think she will have that hat to wear for a while (thanks to Auntie Flatbread) and I thank G-d everyday that she did not inherit my huge head!

Actually, it is going rather well as we both adjust. She is latching easier. Though I made the mistake of letting her sleep through a feeding and it messed up things a lil yesterday. She was pretty hungry. IF we have to get out fast, like we did yesterday to go to the doc, I give her a bottle of breast milk. She takes to both, but I am trying not to give her bottles if I can help it. Only as a last resort. The doc was pleased with her weight gain. She was born at 6lbs 3oz, left the NICU at 6lbs 11oz and 5 days after she got home, she was 6lbs 13oz having grown 1/4 inch.
