Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake
Use two mixing bowls. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes Use 1 box Duncan Hines Family Brownie Mix. Make as directed but if you prefer chewy, add one more egg.
For cream cheese mixture
3 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla
Beat cheese mixture, add sugar, beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, add vanilla. Beat all well and until smooth.
Using spring form pan, grease well, layer 1/2 brownie mix, next layer is all cream cheese, final layer is the remaining brownie mix.
Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes

Re: In need of a baked good recipe!!
Use premade Tollhouse Chocolate chip dough (I got the big tub at Costco). Scoop mixture into mini muffin tins. Cook 9 - 11 minutes. While they are cooking, remove wrappers from mini reese peanut butter cups.
Remove cookies from oven and place peanut butter cup in the center. Put tray in freezer for a few minutes. (Otherwise the peanut butter melts). REmove from freezer and remove from muffin tin.
I stored these in the refrigerator until I was ready to serve them.

Re: In need of a baked good recipe!!
I tried this recipe for lace cookies, yesterday. It's very good. If you do make them, use parchment paper instead of foil and the cookies will slide right off after cooling for a few minutes.
link Semi-Sweet Chocolate Florentine Cookies
2/3 cup (1 1/3 sticks/5 1/3 oz/10 tbsp. + 2 tsp./150g) butter 2 cups quick-cooking oats 1 cup granulated sugar 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup light or dark corn syrup 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, or semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
1. Melt butter in medium saucepan; remove from heat. 2. Stir in oats, sugar, flour, corn syrup, milk, vanilla extract and salt; mix well. 3. Drop by level teaspoon, about 3 inches apart, onto foil-lined [parchment paper is better] baking sheets. 4. Spread thinly with rubber spatula. 5. Bake in preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. [6 minutes was perfect for me] 6. Cool on baking sheets on wire racks. 7. Peel foil from cookies. [With parchment paper, the cookies slide right off the paper after cooling for about 2 minutes.] 8. Microwave chips or pieces of chocolate in medium, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir. 9. Microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. 10. Spread thin layer of melted chocolate onto flat side of half the cookies. 11. Top with remaining cookies.
Makes approximately 42 cookies. Source: DianasDesserts.com Image Attachment(s):
