*crashing*

I just went to a christening at Molly Malone's in Bay Shore. It was in the upstairs room and the food was delicious.

We had DS's there. It was affordable (don't remember off hand how much per person) We actually had it in the restaurant part downstairs, but they also have the larger room available upstairs for bigger parties. The food and service were very good.

How many people did you have?

I'm looking to have 60 people. Did you have a brunch, lunch or dinner?
Was it a buffet or sit-down?

We are having it at West Lake in Patchogue. They have a smaller room that holds 50-100 people and they gave the most for the money.

Re: In Need of Christening Location....(Suffolk)

I had my sister's bridal shower at J&R's. They have locations in Medford, Stony Brook, Rocky Point and Calverton. I had it at the Stony Brook one. Their luncheon is very inexpensive and they offer private party rooms. I paid $13.99 per person for sit down luncheon for four hours. The cake they provided was great.

(the checkered table cloths are not included Chat Icon They have linen in the party room)

I'll see if I can find the pics

Michelle, I have some pics from my rehearsal dinner at the Brickhouse. We got the small room, but they do have a bigger room. We have also been there for retirement parties. Food is great and the price is awesome!!!

Wait! I just looked at the two pics and I have and they show absolutely nothing. Chat Icon Chat Icon

We had DD's at Blue in Bluepoint and DS's at Stonebridge CC in Smithtown. Both very affordable, pretty, good food and very nice to deal with.

BLUE

Stonebridge

I just think Blue is so pretty. Here are some pics. We had 65 people and it ws comfortable.

Re: In Need of Christening Location....(Suffolk)

We did DS's party in the private room at Villa PizzaRe in Patchogue. They were SUPER flexible. We paid $16 per head for a pasta dish (got like 6 choices) and only had to add something like $2 for the plates that wanted chicken, veal, or eggplant. This included water and soda and we ran a tab for the beer/wine (running a tab was a heck of a lot cheaper than charging everyone at the party). We also supplied the cake which was better for us because I got a great deal at Stop and Shop and everyone said it was very tasty.
