In non COVID news
DH & I finished The Queens Gambit on Netflix in two nights. It was absolutely phenomenal, one of the best series I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend it if you are looking for something to watch- only seven episodes!

Good to know. What is it about?
So since your brought up shows... we binge watched Transformers and I noticed that all the women casted are model type, beautiful ladies. Even the extras, I never noticed that before, did anyone else notice that? The only exception was the mom.
Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg definitely have a type.

In non COVID news
A little girl is orphaned and winds up in an orphanage where she learns to play chess. She becomes a prodigy and the series follows her through to adulthood and her quest to become world champion. It deals with drug and alcohol addiction and her search for belonging and love, it's not so much about chess.

LOVED Cobra Kai, season 3 was the best!!
I felt asleep during the first episode but it might have been cause I was soooo tired. I’ll give it another shot when I’m done with The Queen’s Gambit.

bridgerton was fun. watched it over the weekend.
i'll watch the queen's gambit this weekend.
and if anyone is interesting in a silly/fun food competition - the best leftovers ever is a light, fin watch.
