In total shock! UPDATE 6/8
Sorry I had to post under a secret name b/c people I know check these boards....
But this morning I got a BFP!!! I dont' know what to do w/ myself. DH is at work and I want to tell him so bad...but I wanted to do something special....I didn't know who to tell so I had to write on here to get it out! I am in total shock...
Now what????
OK so I told DH! I couldn't wait so i bought a fathers day card and put the HPT in it..lol i went to his work and had him come out to the car...he was in shock but is so excited. He was too cute talking about buying books on what he has to know...I don't know how I will wait till June 25th when I have my appt!!!
OK...so still in hiding until we tell our parents and have our first appt on the 25th...but after 3 digital tests this weekend I am still in shock! It is soso hard to keep this secret! I even had my friends bach party this weekend and had to fake drinking ( I didn't want to mess up her night even though I know she'd be happy for me) So here have been my symptoms....
Like 5 days before my BFP I was feeling crampy. I don't normally feel that way. It was more of like a pressure way down in my pelvis so it was lower than my normal AF cramps. I was also sooooo thirsty all week. Like no amount of water could fix it, and i had a horrible taste in my mouth....On Friday I took a digital test ( I only buy those because it's worth the couple extra $$ to not have to question the line) and on friday a BFP! I couldn't believe it!
DH and I really activily were TTC for 2 months...In may this is what we did....we BD'd alot!!! I mean like 4 times a week since the end of my period. No OPK's...just no stress fun! I'm still in shock that it worked! lol SO was DH since I told him that it normally could take a while...so he was pretty shocked but we are sooo excited!!!! So I just wanted to share!

Just spoke to dr and he won't see me till 7-8 weeks...so now i just have to wait...wow thats rough!

yea most doctors wont see you until then. Unless they want to confirm with blood or you were seeing an RE and being monitored.

Congrats! I know the Dr. won't personlly see you until then, but many practices like to have you come in for bloodwork.

Ya i asked that and she said that the digitals are very accurate adn if the stick says its true then there is no need for a blood test...gonna drive me crazy waiting!
