i actually stopped using mine at 2 months.. more because ds was already 18 pounds and cramped... i know people who will actually leave their baby in it over night.. definitely is scary

I have read in the past it can be dangerous to leave your infant in a car seat for too long b/c they have no neck control and their necks just kind of scrunch down to their chest and it can hither circulation and oxygen.
