infant food question
my dh & i arent agreeing ~ what is the correct answer? or what would you do?
this morning i mixed gerber rice cereal with water for my ds. i added to it a whole container of gerber apples. 2 bites in he totaly was disinterested and wouldnt eat.
do i throw that uneaten food away? or put it in the fridge and give it to him later?
the apples says i can refridegerate after opening for up to 2 days. the cereal says throw away any uneaten food.
what do i do?

I would throw it away....after a while the cereal will get very watery.

Re: infant food question
once the dirty spoon goes back into the food, i would leave it out and try again in an hour or two. i wouldnt wait longer than that and i wouldnt put it back in the fridge

Re: infant food question
Try again in about 30-60 minutes and then throw it out. I personally would not let it sit out for more than an hour.

Re: infant food question
throw it away.
You can't re-use the cereal. i used to use a split bowl and fill it with the fruit as I needed it, so it wouldn't waste.
