question though, is it a law in every state that you have to wear a seat belt and the hands free cell phones
if its not that would also explain it, not that i agree with it and it certainly doesn't explain the children aspect of it
I think Seat Belt is all 50 states.
Hands free is definitely NOT. Freaks me out here in Texas all the time. Get off your freaking PHONE! Though I won't lie. I use my phone too. Its odd since I didn't in NY (against the law) but I do here as its legal. Legal doesnt make it safer. I know that. I dont use it with AJ in the car and generally I still dont use my phone a lot as I'm not a fan of cell phones in general. But I do make calls and I always pull over to dial then drive. Stupid, I know. I refuse to answer the phone while I drive. *shrug* an god knows I dont text at all! haha I pay for each and every text since I don't text enough to justify paying for the plan.

i am not saying this is right, at all, as I am a car safety freak. But a lot of the time it is how the people are mic'ed. It goes up their back and around their front. Sometime they have them take the belt from across the chest down to take away the ambient noise of rustling.

I agree. I remember watching a dating show years ago and noticed, in EVERY episode, the couple never has their seatbelt on correctly.
Again, I guess being on TV is MUCH more important than your life.
