ING or other types of savings accts
Where do I look or does anyone have any suggestions of some good savings accounts? Has anyone use ING? Is it easy, save? Any recommendations would be appreciated!!

I've used ING for years--and its very easy. You can set up an automatic savings plan where it takes money from your bank account on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly whatever basis. Everything is done online and simple to manage.

Re: ING or other types of savings accts
I wouldn't go with ING. Their rates have lagged over their competitors.
If you are looking for a good online savings account, look at DollarSavingsDirect.com.
It's a high yield savings account that links to one of your existing checking accounts. You put money in DollarSavings at 3.5% interest. $1000 minimum.
If you ever need to pull money out, they typically offer next day online transfers back to your checking account.
This is my new favorite bank account! It was so easy to set up online.

We use HSBC online savings and love it. Check and compare rates. There is also no min.

Re: ING or other types of savings accts
i use ING and really love it- yes, their interest has lagged slightly, but still up from traditional banks.
I like them b/c I do use their sharebuilder service- twice monthly $x is taken from my ING account and invested into the market- it's really easy.
