Instant Pot?
If you have one, do you like it? Love it? Thinking about purchasing one to help expedite the weekday cooking process (and hopefully cut down on the amount of take out we order). I usually have about 1.5 hours between walking in the door from work/daycare pickup to when we eat dinner. Seems like a bunch of recipes I've looked at can easily be accomplished in that time. Thoughts?

Instant Pot?
I got my IP from Amazon on prime day and there hasn't been a day that goes by that I haven't used it. My husband gets home late at night from work and I hated having to be cooking at 9pm. Last night I made salmon and broccoli in the IP in under 3 minutes. It comes out soft and velvety. Plus now I don't have to worry if I didn't defrost something. I joined a couple of FB groups to really learn how to use the IP and I truly enjoy it.
That being said, it's a big kitchen device lol. I keep it up on my fridge bc it's too huge to have on my counter constantly.

Re: Instant Pot?
Yes. Love, love, love it. I hesitated at first thinking it was just a trend, buuut - it's my most musthave kitchen gadget.
When you can essentially throw in a bunch of ingredients, and set it & forget it - it's a huge help in the kitchen. And even for simple things like sweet potatoes or sausages. Cooked in 10 minutes. It does take anywhere from 5-15 minutes or more depending on how much you are cooking to raise the pressure within the pot, but there's no babysitting or stirring - it just builds pressure, and then starts cooking.
Bone broth? 90 minutes I believe.
Chicken soup & stews that would otherwise take all day - done - in 25 minutes.
Pinterest has a ton of recipes. There's even a Paleo cookbook using instant pot. Lots of people are blogging about their recipes you can find all over the internet.
I'm a fan.
