insurance and cancer screening question
i remember getting a notice from my employer that we are entitled to time off for cancer screening.
does anyone know if this is through the insurance company or the employer themselves?
i don't know how to put in for this, what type of documentation i need, who to contact, etc.
TIA

I'm not sure what you're asking is covered.
Just note that entitling you to time off doesn't mean it's paid time off. So I would double check on it.
If you're asking for who is covering the cost, it sounds like it would be an insurance company, which should be contracted by your employer.
It's start with my employer's HR department. If you have any issues with medical confidentiality, ask who is the privacy officer.
